Kelly Canada Design, approached C7 to re-imagine their website with bold, fresh styling. They wanted to infuse the same sparkle found in their amazing interior designs, into their new web presence. Their previous site lacked the modern blend of organic charm and clean lines that Kelly is world famous for creating. The new site needed to feature “before and after” designs, a bold and comprehensive gallery of Kelly’s work, in both photography and video. Most importantly, they wanted C7 to capture the essence of the Kelly Canada Design + Build brand.
SOLUTION:
Working closely with the Kelly Canada Design team we studied the beautiful images of their interior spaces. We talked and discussed concepts and ideas. Our creative team made note of Kelly’s use of light, texture and line. Next, we made plans on how to best interrupt the brand personality on both mobile and desktop devices. We experimented with several secondary colors, typefaces and the use of white space. In the end, the Kelly Canada team guided us down the creative path that fit their vision for the site. C7’s web designers and developers embraced this vision and crafted a beautiful website, on-time and on budget.
